# 支払い方法の概要

QCode.cc は前払い制です。**チャージ**してから**プランを購入**し、プラン代は残高から落ちます。このページは
第一ステップの話で、[qcode.cc/recharge](https://qcode.cc/recharge) に並ぶチャネルが主題です。副題は
*“Top up your account balance with multiple payment options”*。残高の消化の仕方は
[課金説明](/docs/reference/billing)、の周囲、コンソールは [コンソール利用ガイド](/docs/reference/dashboard-guide) に。

> 🔴 **残高は通貨ごとに別です。** *“CNY and USD balances are separate. Recharge amount will be added to the
> corresponding currency balance.”* まず通貨タブを選んでください —— 支払い方法の一覧がそれに追随します。

## 操作の順番

コンソールの空状態は 3 ステップで示されます：**Top Up Balance** → **Buy a Plan** → **Start Using**。

1. ここでチャージ。下のいずれかの方法で OK。
2. [qcode.cc/subscribe](https://qcode.cc/subscribe) でプランを選ぶ —— **Recommended Plans** か
   **Custom Configuration**。この段階は残高から引くだけで、カード決済はしません。
3. `cr_` Key をツールへ —— [環境変数](/docs/getting-started/environment) 参照。

ページに書かれた金額制限：CNY は **¥100** 以上、USD は **$1** 以上 **$2,000** 以下。チャネル固有の 1 回上限も
あり、超えると *“Due to the payment channel's per-transaction limit … Please split it into several smaller
recharges.”* のように説明されます。

## チャージページの方法

> **US Bank Account**・**Amazon Pay**・**Cash App Pay** のラベルもページに残っていますが、これらは歴史的な
> チャネルで、現在は選択肢として出ません。**チャージ履歴**に載っていたなら、その古い注文が使った証拠です。

## 誰にどの方法か

- **中国本土で CNY 決済** → Alipay（手数料は上乗せなし）、次点で WeChat Pay。どちらも CNY 残高に入ります。
- **それ以外で USD 決済** → 手軽ならカード、手数料を払いたくなく目視確認の待ち時間も許容なら Cryptocurrency。
- **ロシア** → SBP かロシアの銀行カード。支払いはルーブル、残高は USD 計上。この 2 つは表示言語がロシア語の
  ときだけ出ます。
- **手数料に敏感・ウォレット操作に慣れている** → 目視確認のクリプトチャネル。*“We verify the on-chain transaction
  ourselves instead of routing through a third-party crypto gateway, so no processing fee is charged and the full
  USD amount credits to your balance.”*
- **証憑が必要** → 次の法人ルート、または残高に基づく請求書発行。

ホームページはこの同じセットを 1 行でうたっています —— *“Alipay · Bank Card · Cryptocurrency · 7 payment
methods supported”*（ロシア語インターフェースでは *“SBP (RU faster payments) · Bank Card · Cryptocurrency”* が先頭）。

## クリプト：まず専用ページを

通貨カバレッジ、ネットワーク、memo、最低入金額、着金しないときの対処は
[Crypto Payment Guide](/docs/reference/crypto-payment) にあります。この 2 点だけは recharge ページ自身の
記載なのでここに書きます：

- 入金アドレスはログイン後の recharge ページでしか表示されず、どの文書にも載せません。
- 目視確認のクリプトには**送信ボタンがありません**。送金後は自分で申し出て、口座と紐づける必要があります。
  ページが求める項目はこれ：

## 請求書と法人決済

- **個人チャージの請求書は中国本土のみ。** コンソールのサービスガイドが正直に書いています：
  *“Invoice (China only): handling fee ¥80 for amounts under ¥2,000; 5% for amounts ≥¥2,000. Email
  hi@qcode.cc with sufficient balance.”* [FAQ](/docs/reference/faq) も同じく、経費精算に使えます。
- **法人振込と正式な増値税発票**は **エンタープライズ チーム版**のルートで、個別のサービス契約も可能。同ページの
  計算機には *Invoice Processing Fee (5%)* の行もあります。詳細と手順は

## 決済が届かないとき

オンラインチャネルはそれぞれ待ち状態を持ち、言葉は意図的に —— **二重払いをしないでください**：

| それでも動かない | *“Taking a while? Contact support”* と *“I've paid — view recharge history”*。一時的に止まったチャネルは *“This payment method is temporarily unavailable, please select another”* |
