Crypto Payment Guide¶
QCode.cc accepts 9 cryptocurrencies across 56 networks. This page is about topping up without losing funds: which network to pick, when a memo is required, what the minimum deposits are, and what to do if the money does not arrive.
Where are the deposit addresses? Only on the logged-in top-up page; they are deliberately not listed here. A crawlable page of exchange deposit addresses is free material for phishing clones. Never use a "QCode deposit address" from any other source.
🔴 Three mistakes that lose money outright¶
Top-ups are on-chain transfers, and a wrong transfer is irreversible. These three are the common ones:
1. Picking the wrong network¶
Deposit addresses are issued per asset × network, not one address for everything. Do not assume "all EVM chains share one address" — take the address for each network in the tables below individually from the top-up page.
2. The token on that network is not the headline coin (13 networks)¶
13 networks do not receive the same-named coin. On some chains you must send
USDT0 rather than USDT, USDC.e rather than USDC, or kBTC rather than BTC.
Sending the wrong token is unrecoverable. The "Watch out" column flags every such row.
3. Omitting the memo (1 networks)¶
1 networks require a memo / tag. Omitting it does not bounce the transfer — it simply fails to credit and needs manual recovery.
Minimum deposits are a hard threshold¶
Every asset has an exchange-side minimum deposit. A transfer below it may fail to credit, which is a support case rather than a refund.
⚠️ This is not the same as our "start from about ten dollars" guidance. That one is about on-chain fees eating a small transfer; this one is a hard threshold. Satisfy both.

How to top up¶
- Sign in at qcode.cc and open the top-up page
- Pick the coin, then pick the exact network you intend to use
- The page shows the deposit address specific to that asset × network (plus the memo, where the network needs one)
- Send a small test amount first; only send a large amount after it credits
- When sending from your wallet or exchange, the network selection must match step 2
When funds do not arrive¶
